\u0130BB, Avrupa \u0130mar ve Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131 (EBRD) i\u015f birli\u011fiyle haz\u0131rlanan Y\u015eEP, gerekli altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u0130BB Meclisi\u2019nde onaylanarak uygulamaya al\u0131nd\u0131. Plan\u0131n uygulanmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131 nedeniyle \u0130stanbul Kongre Merkezi\u2019nde tan\u0131t\u0131m etkinli\u011fi d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
Etkinlikte konu\u015fan \u0130BB Ba\u015fkanvekili Nuri Aslan, plan\u0131n \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00e7evresel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Aslan, \u0130stanbul\u2019un hava, su ve toprak varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara dikkat \u00e7ekti ve Y\u015eEP\u2019in uzun vadeli yol haritas\u0131 niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Y\u015eEP, EBRD\u2019nin Ye\u015fil \u015eehirler Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rland\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar ve kurumlar aras\u0131 i\u015f birlikleriyle olu\u015fturulan plan, \u0130stanbul\u2019un \u00e7evresel risklerine y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131m ve politika eylemlerinden olu\u015fuyor. Planda 17 politika, 35 yat\u0131r\u0131m eylemi olmak \u00fczere toplam 52 eylem bulunuyor. Yat\u0131r\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 12,5 milyar Euro oldu\u011fu belirtilen planla y\u0131ll\u0131k 1,6 milyon ton karbondioksit e\u015fde\u011feri sera gaz\u0131 azalt\u0131m\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
Plan\u0131n ilerleme s\u00fcrecinin, \u0130BB \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc koordinasyonunda takip edilerek kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
