Ancak, projeyle ilgili olarak davac\u0131lar Burhaniye \u00c7evre Platformu Derne\u011fi, Ayval\u0131k Tabiat Derne\u011fi, Ege \u00c7evre ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr Platformu Derne\u011fi, G\u00fclp\u0131nar S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Ya\u015fam Derne\u011fi, Kazda\u011f\u0131 Do\u011fal ve K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Varl\u0131klar\u0131 Koruma Derne\u011fi, S\u00fcheyla Do\u011fan \u00dcnal, Mustafa \u0130nel, Hamza Kural, Yusuf Gunt, \u00d6zg\u00fcl Ald\u0131\u015f, Halil Cihat Balaban, Cemal G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, Hidayet Ald\u0131\u015f ve Erol Engel taraf\u0131ndan \u00c7anakkale 2. \u0130dare Mahkemesi'nin 2025\/1053 E. say\u0131l\u0131 dosyas\u0131 ile \u00c7ED olumlu karar\u0131n\u0131n iptali talebiyle \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 dava a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve y\u00fcr\u00fctmenin durdurulmas\u0131 talep edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
S\u00f6z konusu dava dosyas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, mahkeme ilgili davan\u0131n \u015firketimize ihbar olunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla ara karar kurmu\u015f olup, hen\u00fcz verilmi\u015f olan nihai bir karar mevcut olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015firketimiz, proje kapsam\u0131nda madencilik faaliyetlerine ilgili mevzuatlara uygun bir \u015fekilde devam etmektedir.''
