Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, ''01.12.2025 tarihli \u00f6zel durum a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131zda, \u015firketimiz ile AFAD aras\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen s\u00f6zle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda tesis edilen s\u00f6zle\u015fme feshi ve \u015firketimizin kamu ihalelerine kat\u0131lmaktan yasaklanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin idari i\u015flemin Ankara 13. \u0130dare Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan iptal edildi\u011fi kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Mahkeme karar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, \u015firketimiz taraf\u0131ndan Kamu \u0130hale Kurumu nezdinde gerekli ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, ba\u015fvuru sonucunda EKAP \u00fczerindeki yasakl\u0131 sicil kayd\u0131m\u0131z silinmi\u015ftir. \u015eirketimiz, kamu ihalelerine kat\u0131l\u0131ma ili\u015fkin hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini mevzuata tam uyum anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam etmekte olup, s\u00fcrece ili\u015fkin geli\u015fmeler olduk\u00e7a kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.'' bilgisi verildi.<\/p>\n
