S\u00f6z konusu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi amac\u0131yla, 07.11.2025 tarihinde \u015firketimizin y\u00fczde 100 oran\u0131nda ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan Bosphorus&#039;un y\u00fczde 82,50 oran\u0131nda ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kalan y\u00fczde 17,50 oran\u0131ndaki i\u015ftirakin ise Naturel Holding A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 suretiyle 100.000.000 TL ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 sermayesine sahip Marg\u00fcn Jeotermal Enerji \u00dcretim A.\u015e \u00fcnvanl\u0131 \u015firket kurulmu\u015ftur. Marg\u00fcn Jeotermal Enerji \u00dcretim A.\u015e paylar\u0131n\u0131n Bosphorus&#039;a ait 5.000.000 adet C grubu nama yaz\u0131l\u0131 pay\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n Pardus Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netimi A.\u015e Birinci Karma Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Yat\u0131r\u0131m Fonu&#039;na (BKG) devredilmesine ili\u015fkin pay sahipleri ve pay devir s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzalanm\u0131\u015f ve pay devir i\u015flemleri tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. An\u0131lan 5.000.000 adet C grubu nama yaz\u0131l\u0131 pay, 5.000.000 TL bedelle devredilmi\u015f olup, son durum itibar\u0131yla Bosphorus&#039;un pay oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 77,50 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kurulan \u015firketin yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 tamamlamas\u0131 durumunda, jeotermal santrallerden y\u0131ll\u0131k br\u00fct yakla\u015f\u0131k 3.863.250.000 kWh \u00fcretim beklenmektedir. Potansiyel ek gelirler hari\u00e7 sadece elektrik \u00fcretiminden y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam yakla\u015f\u0131k 405.000.000 dolar sat\u0131\u015f geliri ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 324.000.000 dolar FAV\u00d6K beklenmektedir.
