Belediye ile y\u00fcklenici firma aras\u0131nda imzalanan s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin tamamlanmas\u0131 sonras\u0131 arsa devri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi ve in\u015faat s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n

Toplam 48 daireden olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131 belirtilen projede, anla\u015fma gere\u011fi 17 dairenin belediyeye teslim edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n en ge\u00e7 2 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde tamamlanarak kullan\u0131ma haz\u0131r hale getirilmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n
