S\u00f6z konusu limitin tahsisi, Koleksiyon'un s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedeflerini destekleyen, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bilan\u00e7o yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 peki\u015ftiren ve finansal esnekli\u011fini art\u0131ran \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131md\u0131r.
