S\u00fcre\u00e7te, hem hastan\u0131n hem de bilgilendirilmi\u015f r\u0131za i\u015flemini y\u00fcr\u00fcten ilgili sa\u011fl\u0131k meslek mensubunun kimli\u011fi t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahale \u00f6ncesinde do\u011frulanacak.<\/p>\n
Y\u00f6netmelik kapsam\u0131nda vatanda\u015flar, do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015f cep telefonlar\u0131na g\u00f6nderilen tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k \u015fifre arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da r\u0131za verebilecek. Dijital sistemleri kullanmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7eken veya sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu ya da engellilik nedeniyle deste\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyan ki\u015filer, cep telefonlar\u0131na g\u00f6nderilen do\u011frulama kodunu sa\u011fl\u0131k tesisindeki yetkili personele ileterek i\u015flemlerini tamamlayabilecek.<\/p>\n
Bu y\u00f6ntemde do\u011frulama kodu ilgili sa\u011fl\u0131k bilgi sistemine girilecek, hasta ve sa\u011fl\u0131k meslek mensubunun kimlik do\u011frulamas\u0131 yap\u0131lacak. B\u00f6ylece r\u0131za beyan\u0131n\u0131n ilgili hasta taraf\u0131ndan verildi\u011finin teyit edilmesi ve i\u015flem g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle daha \u00f6nce ka\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde ve \u0131slak imzayla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bilgilendirilmi\u015f r\u0131za i\u015flemlerinin elektronik ortamda da yap\u0131labilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Elektronik r\u0131za formlar\u0131na e-Nab\u0131z \u00fczerinden eri\u015filebilecek.<\/p>\n
Elektronik r\u0131za s\u00fcrecinde hastan\u0131n yeterli, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve zaman\u0131nda bilgilendirilmesi ile karar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradesiyle vermesi ilkelerinin korunaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
<\/strong> Bilgilendirilmi\u015f r\u0131za i\u015flemlerini d\u00fczenleyen y\u00f6netmelik Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mland\u0131.Sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinde dijitalle\u015fme kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan y\u00f6netmelikle, t\u0131bbi m\u00fcdahaleler \u00f6ncesinde al\u0131nan bilgilendirilmi\u015f r\u0131za s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin elektronik ortamda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesine imkan sa\u011fland\u0131.
