Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin pay geri al\u0131m program\u0131 26 Ekim 2026 tarihinde ba\u015flayacak ve 30 Nisan 2027 tarihine kadar y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte kalacak. Program kapsam\u0131nda kullan\u0131labilecek azami kaynak 4 milyar TL olarak belirlenirken, pay ba\u015f\u0131na \u00f6denecek fiyat i\u00e7in bir \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131r konulmad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinin Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e pay piyasas\u0131nda, ilgili mevzuat ve borsa d\u00fczenlemeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130\u015flemlerde uygulanacak fiyat, miktar ve zamanlaman\u0131n piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u015firketin finansal durumu ve mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmleri dikkate al\u0131narak belirlenmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
Geri al\u0131nabilecek paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131nda Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun ilgili tebli\u011f ve ilke kararlar\u0131na uyulaca\u011f\u0131, program\u0131n ilk yap\u0131lacak ola\u011fan genel kurulda ortaklar\u0131n bilgisine sunulaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi. Program\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131, gerekli ba\u015fvuru ve bildirimlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, arac\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n belirlenmesi ve di\u011fer i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in \u015firket y\u00f6netimi yetkilendirildi.<\/p>\n
