Y\u00d6K, 7592 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenci aff\u0131ndan yararlanarak yeniden \u00f6\u011frenime ba\u015flama hakk\u0131 kazanan \u00f6\u011frencilerin yatay ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015fvurular\u0131na ili\u015fkin yeni uygulama esaslar\u0131n\u0131 belirledi.<\/p>\n

Y\u00d6K Genel Kurulu karar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u00f6\u011frencinin kay\u0131t y\u0131l\u0131nda hen\u00fcz mevcut olmayan veya \u00f6\u011frenci almayan programlara yap\u0131lacak ba\u015fvurularda, ge\u00e7i\u015f yapmak istenen program\u0131n ilk kez \u00f6\u011frenci ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ldaki taban puan\u0131 esas al\u0131nacak.<\/p>\n

\u00d6\u011frencinin ili\u015fi\u011finin kesildi\u011fi program\u0131n ayn\u0131 y\u0131ldaki ve ayn\u0131 puan t\u00fcr\u00fcndeki taban puan\u0131n\u0131n, ge\u00e7i\u015f yapmak istedi\u011fi program\u0131n taban puan\u0131na e\u015fit veya daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 halinde yatay ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131labilecek.<\/p>\n

D\u00fczenlemeyle, \u00f6\u011frenci aff\u0131ndan yararlanarak e\u011fitimine yeniden ba\u015flayacak \u00f6\u011frencilerin yatay ge\u00e7i\u015f ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda uygulanacak puan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n esaslar\u0131 netle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n
