Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u0130zmir 1. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi, 2026\/810 Esas say\u0131l\u0131 dosyada 22 Ekim 2026 tarihinde g\u00f6r\u00fclen duru\u015fmada, \u015firketin sundu\u011fu \u00f6n proje ve verileri de\u011ferlendirerek kesin m\u00fchlet karar\u0131 ald\u0131. Konkordato komiseri YMM \u0130brahim Sadi Erk\u2019in de kesin m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresince g\u00f6revine devam etmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n

\u015eirket, \u0130zmir, Gaziantep ve Karaman\u2019daki ambalaj tesislerinde \u00fcretim ve ticari faaliyetlerini kesintisiz s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fini bildirdi. Bir y\u0131ll\u0131k m\u00fchlet i\u00e7inde mevcut bor\u00e7lar\u0131n faaliyet d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcyle uyumlu \u015fekilde yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, alacakl\u0131larla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir \u00f6deme plan\u0131nda uzla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Konya Ere\u011fli Ka\u011f\u0131t Fabrikas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

Konkordato s\u00fcrecinin mahkeme ve konkordato komiserlerinin karar, denetim ve y\u00f6nlendirmeleri do\u011frultusunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fi, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n kararlar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilecek geli\u015fmelerin ise sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
