Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015firket sermayesinde do\u011frudan y\u00fczde 3 veya daha fazla paya sahip ortaklardan, y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyelerinden ya da y\u00f6neticilerden herhangi birinin g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) 16 Ekim 2026 tarihli ve 2026\/70 say\u0131l\u0131 b\u00fclteninde duyurulan su\u00e7 duyurusu, i\u015flem yasa\u011f\u0131 ve lisans iptali kararlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u015firket paylar\u0131nda Borsa \u0130stanbul pay piyasas\u0131nda i\u015flem ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren baz\u0131 ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filere y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011fu kaydedildi. S\u00f6z konusu kararlar\u0131n \u015firketin t\u00fczel ki\u015fili\u011fini, faaliyetlerini veya finansal durumunu konu almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
B\u00fcltende ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en ki\u015filerle \u015firket, ortaklar\u0131 ve y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri aras\u0131nda herhangi bir ortakl\u0131k, y\u00f6netim veya istihdam ili\u015fkisi bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulanan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u015firket, y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyeleri ve y\u00f6neticiler hakk\u0131nda herhangi bir g\u00f6zalt\u0131, adli tedbir veya idari tedbir karar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
\u015eirketin ticari faaliyetlerinin, m\u00fc\u015fteri ve tedarik\u00e7i ili\u015fkilerinin ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmesel taahh\u00fctlerinin ola\u011fan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve kesintisiz devam etti\u011fi belirtilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n kararlar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilecek geli\u015fmelerin sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde KAP \u00fczerinden duyurulaca\u011f\u0131 kaydedildi.<\/p>\n
Vi\u015fne Madencilik, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n ve i\u015f ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u015firket hakk\u0131ndaki a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 KAP ve \u015firketin resmi ileti\u015fim kanallar\u0131 \u00fczerinden takip etmelerini istedi. \u015eirket ayr\u0131ca, ger\u00e7e\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 haber ve payla\u015f\u0131mlar nedeniyle ticari itibar\u0131n\u0131n ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla t\u00fcm yasal haklar\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tuttu\u011funu bildirdi.<\/p>\n
