Konak Belediyesi Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn, \u0130zmir Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (\u0130ZKA) \u201c2024 Y\u0131l\u0131 Kentsel ve Mekansal \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar Teknik Destek Program\u0131\u201d kapsam\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cKonak-Afet Diren\u00e7li Ya\u015fam Alanlar\u0131 Mekansal Uygulamalar Yol Haritas\u0131\u201d konulu projesinde son a\u015famaya gelindi.<\/p>\n
\u0130ZKA\u2019dan teknik destek almaya hak kazanmas\u0131yla birlikte h\u0131zla hayata ge\u00e7irilen projede uygulama alan\u0131 olarak Konak Belediyesi\u2019nin kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm b\u00f6lgeleri aras\u0131nda yer alan Be\u015ftepeler Planlama B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde belirlenen pilot b\u00f6lgede \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve uygulamalar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Proje i\u00e7in imar planlar\u0131 onaylanan Be\u015ftepeler 3. B\u00f6lge\u2019de,\u00a0 yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin metrekarelik bir alan pilot b\u00f6lge olarak se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n
\u0130karya Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k Str. Ar\u015f. Rek. San. ve Tic. Anonim \u015eirketi\u2019nin katk\u0131lar\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen proje kapsam\u0131nda Konak Belediyesi Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile Et\u00fct ve Proje M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden toplam 10 personel, teknik e\u011fitimlere kat\u0131ld\u0131. 4 \u015fehir planc\u0131s\u0131, 3 in\u015faat m\u00fchendisi, 1 mimar, 1 jeoloji m\u00fchendisi ve 1 harita ve kadastro teknikerinden olu\u015fan ekip, alan\u0131nda uzman ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcz y\u00fcze ve \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olarak \u201c\u0130zmir ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Uygulamalar\u0131\u201d, \u201cKentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm S\u00fcrecinde Hak Sahipli\u011fi De\u011ferleme Y\u00f6ntemleri\u201d, \u201cUzla\u015fma S\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin Y\u00f6netilmesi\u201d, \u201cBa\u015far\u0131l\u0131 Olmu\u015f D\u00fcnya \u00d6rnekleri\u201d konular\u0131nda detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde e\u011fitim ald\u0131.<\/p>\n
20 Eyl\u00fcl tarihinde, Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesi Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u015eehir B\u00f6lge Planlama B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Ay\u015feg\u00fcl Alt\u0131n\u00f6rs \u00c7\u0131rak\u2019tan,\u00a0 27 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de ise Gazi \u00dcniversitesi Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u015eehir ve B\u00f6lge Planlama B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi Do\u00e7. Dr. Erman Aksoy\u2019dan \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olarak e\u011fitim alan ekip, \u015eehir Planc\u0131lar\u0131 Odas\u0131 Bursa \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sevilay \u00c7etinkaya, Gazi \u00dcniversitesi Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u015eehir ve B\u00f6lge Planlama B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi Serdar M. A. Nizamo\u011flu\u2019nun verdi\u011fi e\u011fitimlere de kat\u0131ld\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda teknik ekibin 5 haftal\u0131k bir sertifika program\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131 ve \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olarak tamamlanan bu e\u011fitimlerin sonunda t\u00fcm ekip, e-devlet uyumlu Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sertifikas\u0131 almaya hak kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n
Proje kapsam\u0131nda, e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n bir di\u011fer etab\u0131 olarak anket uygulamas\u0131 da yap\u0131ld\u0131. Se\u00e7ilen pilot b\u00f6lgede, deneyimli uzmanlar e\u015fli\u011finde sahaya inen proje ekibi, uygulama alan\u0131nda ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n talep ve beklentilerini kay\u0131t alt\u0131na ald\u0131.<\/p>\n
