Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firket y\u00f6netim kurulunun 20 Ekim 2026 tarihli ve 2026\/16 say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla, Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim Komitesi taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan de\u011ferlendirme raporuyla aday\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k beyan\u0131 incelendi. \u0130nceleme sonucunda Alpen\u2019in, SPK\u2019n\u0131n II-17.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim Tebli\u011fi\u2019nde yer alan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k kriterlerini ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n

6102 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanununun 363. maddesi ve ilgili sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda al\u0131nan kararla Alpen\u2019in, ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131na sunulmak ve kalan g\u00f6rev s\u00fcresini tamamlamak \u00fczere ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi olarak se\u00e7ilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Atamaya ili\u015fkin gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve onay s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi amac\u0131yla SPK\u2019ye ba\u015fvuruda bulunulurken, ticaret sicili tescil ve ilan i\u015flemleri ile di\u011fer yasal bildirimlerin ilgili mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yerine getirilece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
