Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, geri al\u0131m i\u015flemi 4,63 TL ile 4,70 TL fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 4,68 TL ortalama fiyatla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Bu i\u015flemle mevcut geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu GEDIK paylar\u0131 16 milyon 460 bin 555 adede ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,8230 oldu.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketin 6 Aral\u0131k 2018, 4 \u015eubat 2022, 26 May\u0131s 2022, 31 Ocak 2024 ve 31 Ocak 2025 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu kararlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen al\u0131mlar da dahil edildi\u011finde, sahip oldu\u011fu toplam GEDIK pay\u0131 90 milyon 842 bin 493,386 adede y\u00fckseldi. Bu miktar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 4,5421 olarak a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n
