\u015eirket, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-17.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim Tebli\u011fi\u2019nde yer alan Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim \u0130lkelerinin 4.3.8 numaral\u0131 ilkesi kapsam\u0131nda, bo\u015falan \u00fcyelik i\u00e7in Kurumsal Y\u00f6netim Komitesi taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verdi. Komite raporu do\u011frultusunda belirlenecek ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi aday listesinin, \u00fcyeli\u011fin bo\u015falmas\u0131ndan itibaren 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde SPK\u2019ye sunulaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
