Yerli \u00fcretim sayesinde belediye b\u00fct\u00e7esinden tasarruf sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>A\u011fa\u00e7lar kesilmek yerine naklediliyor<\/p>\n<p>\u015eehir genelindeki yol geni\u015fletme ve altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda s\u00f6k\u00fclmesi gereken a\u011fa\u00e7lar kesilmek yerine k\u00f6kleriyle birlikte \u00fcretim merkezine naklediliyor.
