Mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 durumlarda ilgili yasal d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131nda i\u015flem uygulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Belediye ekipleri, Zab\u0131ta Emir ve Yasaklar\u0131 Uygulama Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi ile 5326 say\u0131l\u0131 Kabahatler Kanunu\u2019nun 32. maddesi do\u011frultusunda, emre ayk\u0131r\u0131 davranan i\u015fletmelere idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uyguluyor.
