Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin 10 Haziran 2026 tarihli ve 2026\/19 say\u0131l\u0131 y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131yla ba\u015flat\u0131lan bedelli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcreci, sermaye piyasalar\u0131ndaki belirsizlikler, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilirli\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlayan ola\u011fand\u0131\u015f\u0131 geli\u015fmeler ve finansal ko\u015fullardaki dalgalanmalar nedeniyle yeniden de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n
Bu kapsamda, 1 Temmuz 2026 tarihinde SPK\u2019ye yap\u0131lan izahname onay ba\u015fvurusunun geri \u00e7ekilmesine ve sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan sa\u011flanmas\u0131 planlanan fonun kullan\u0131m yerlerine ili\u015fkin 10 Haziran 2026 tarihli ve 2026\/20 say\u0131l\u0131 y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131yla kabul edilen fon kullan\u0131m raporunun iptal edilmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, gerekli idari ve hukuki i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ile ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bildirimlerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinin kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Karar\u0131n, toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lan y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyelerinin oy birli\u011fiyle al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
