\u0130\u015flemin ili\u015fkili taraf i\u015flemi niteli\u011finde olmas\u0131 nedeniyle sermaye piyasas\u0131 ve vergi mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki de\u011ferlendirme, belgelendirme ve kamuyu ayd\u0131nlatma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin yerine getirilmesine karar verildi. Lisans s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini \u015firket ad\u0131na imzalamak \u00fczere Erol \u00c7elik\u2019in, ticaret sicilinde tescilli temsil ve ilzam d\u00fczenine uygun olmak kayd\u0131yla yetkilendirildi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
