Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin y\u00f6netim kurulu, geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinde kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere \u015firket \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan en fazla 500 milyon TL ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verdi. Program kapsam\u0131nda azami 4 milyon lot pay geri al\u0131nabilecek.<\/p>\n

Karar tarihinden itibaren en fazla 3 ay s\u00fcrecek program kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nan paylar, al\u0131m tarihinden itibaren 30 g\u00fcn boyunca sat\u0131lamayacak. Bu s\u00fcrenin hesaplanmas\u0131nda \u201cilk giren ilk \u00e7\u0131kar\u201d y\u00f6ntemi uygulanacak.<\/p>\n

30 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcrenin sona ermesinin ard\u0131ndan paylar, ilgili tebli\u011f h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde en fazla \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde elden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilecek veya mevzuattaki s\u0131n\u0131rlamalara uyulmas\u0131 kayd\u0131yla elde tutulabilecek.<\/p>\n

Program kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek i\u015flemlere ili\u015fkin bilgiler ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerine sunulacak. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, belirlenen azami pay adedi, fon tutar\u0131 ve program s\u00fcresinin geri al\u0131m i\u015flemlerinin mutlaka ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmedi\u011fi de belirtildi.<\/p>\n
