Marmaris Belediyesinin istinaf ba\u015fvurusu, \u0130zmir B\u00f6lge \u0130dare Mahkemesi 8. \u0130dari Dava Dairesinin 2026\/503 esas ve 2026\/1571 karar say\u0131l\u0131 karar\u0131yla reddedildi. A\u00e7\u0131klamada, karar\u0131n Dan\u0131\u015ftay nezdinde temyize a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n
