Toplant\u0131ya Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Hazine ve Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n temsilcileri kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130leti\u015fim Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunca (SPK) tasfiyesine karar verilen baz\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m fonlar\u0131nda s\u00fcrecin adil, \u015feffaf ve etkin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ile \u00f6demelerin hukuki g\u00fcvenceye kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7layan kanun teklifi, 14 Ekim 2026\u2019da T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi (TBMM) Plan ve B\u00fct\u00e7e Komisyonunda kabul edildi. Teklifin gelecek hafta TBMM Genel Kurulunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da ayr\u0131ca sermaye piyasalar\u0131ndaki yap\u0131sal sorunlar\u0131n giderilmesi, d\u00fczenleyici ve denetleyici mekanizmalar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, yapt\u0131r\u0131m ve cezalar\u0131n cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nda kapsaml\u0131 ve kal\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler \u00f6ng\u00f6ren yeni bir taslak d\u00fczenlemeye ili\u015fkin ilk de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klamada, tasfiye s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne A1 Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netim \u015eirketi A.\u015e, Bulls Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netim \u015eirketi A.\u015e. ve Pardus Portf\u00f6y Y\u00f6netim \u015eirketi A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen 66 yat\u0131r\u0131m fonunda bulunan 45 bini a\u015fk\u0131n ki\u015fiye y\u00f6nelik toplam yakla\u015f\u0131k 40,8 milyar liral\u0131k ayni ve nakdi tasfiye i\u015flemlerinin Ziraat Bankas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.
