Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firket y\u00f6netim kurulu, 3 Eyl\u00fcl 2025 tarihli ve 9\/1 say\u0131l\u0131 tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 karar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ve bu kapsamda SPK\u2019ye 9 \u015eubat 2026 tarihinde yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurunun geri \u00e7ekilmesine karar verdi.<\/p>\n

Karar kapsam\u0131nda, tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan ve 9 \u015eubat 2026 tarihli, 2\/1 say\u0131l\u0131 y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131yla g\u00fcncellenen fon kullan\u0131m raporu da y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketin sermaye ihtiyac\u0131 ve tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 se\u00e7ene\u011finin 2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda, o d\u00f6nemdeki piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve yat\u0131r\u0131m planlar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda yeniden de\u011ferlendirilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyelerinin karar\u0131 oy birli\u011fiyle ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
