Geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f stratejik ortakl\u0131k seviyesindeki ili\u015fkilerin t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131yla de\u011ferlendirilece\u011fi ziyarette, g\u00fcncel b\u00f6lgesel ve k\u00fcresel meseleler hakk\u0131nda da kapsaml\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunulaca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Duran, \u015fu ifadelere yer verdi:<\/p>\n
