Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firket y\u00f6netim kurulunun 15 Ekim 2026 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, 6102 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanununun 363. maddesi uyar\u0131nca Aydo\u011fan ve Dorum\u2019un ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z y\u00f6netim kurulu \u00fcyesi olarak atanmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Atamalar\u0131n, ayr\u0131lan \u00fcyelerin kalan g\u00f6rev s\u00fcrelerini tamamlamak \u00fczere yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. SPK\u2019den uygun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nmas\u0131 talebiyle ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, olumsuz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirilmemesi halinde atamalar\u0131n ilk genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulaca\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
