Kurumun oy hakk\u0131 oran\u0131 da sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6ncesindeki y\u00fczde 46,87 seviyesinden y\u00fczde 50,95\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

OYAK taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmede, oy hakk\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131n yeniden y\u00fczde 50\u2019nin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak, Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulunun (SPK) II-26.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Pay Al\u0131m Teklifi Tebli\u011fi\u2019nin 14. maddesinin 1. f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (c) bendi uyar\u0131nca pay al\u0131m teklifi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn do\u011fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
