Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin portf\u00f6y\u00fcnde ve yat\u0131r\u0131m planlamalar\u0131nda yer alan Halkal\u0131 Mahallesi\u2019ndeki 842 ada, 37 parsel numaral\u0131, 14 bin 17,16 metrekare y\u00fcz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcml\u00fc arsa \u00fczerinde geli\u015ftirilen proje kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yasal a\u015fama tamamland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Projenin mimari plan\u0131na ve yasal prosed\u00fcrlerine uygun olarak ilgili tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc nezdinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kat irtifak\u0131 tesisi i\u015flemleri, 14 Ekim 2026 tarihinde tescil edildi.<\/p>\n

Kat irtifak\u0131 tapular\u0131n\u0131n tesciliyle birlikte projenin ilerleyen d\u00f6nemlerdeki pazarlama, \u00f6n sat\u0131\u015f ve ticari faaliyet s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u015eirket, projeye ili\u015fkin sermaye piyasas\u0131 mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 gereken geli\u015fmeleri yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar ve kamuoyuyla payla\u015fmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n
