Art\u0131r\u0131lacak sermayenin tamam\u0131n\u0131n, 30 Haziran 2026 tarihli finansal tablolarda yer alan 4 milyar 27 milyon 406 bin 628,85 TL bakiyeli \u201c502-Sermaye D\u00fczeltmesi Olumlu Farklar\u0131\u201d hesab\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ihra\u00e7 edilecek 1 milyar 180 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli paylar\u0131n, art\u0131r\u0131m tarihindeki mevcut pay sahiplerine bedelsiz olarak da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 karar\u0131 toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n oy birli\u011fiyle al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n
