Yenikap\u0131\u2019daki Dr. Mimar Kadir Topba\u015f G\u00f6steri ve Sanat Merkezi\u2019nde, \u0130BB Genel Sekreteri Prof. Dr. Volkan Demir\u2019in ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kapal\u0131 teklif usul\u00fcyle d\u00fczenlenen ihalede 15 taksi plakas\u0131 ihale edildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130BB taraf\u0131ndan payla\u015f\u0131lan bilgilere g\u00f6re ihaleye 16 ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131, 15 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 \u015fartlar\u0131 sa\u011flayarak s\u00fcrece dahil oldu. \u0130halede ilk olarak 34 TUA 673 plakas\u0131, 6 milyon 400 bin TL art\u0131 Katma De\u011fer Vergisi (KDV) bedelle ihale edildi. Plakalar\u0131n 6 milyon 380 bin TL ile 6 milyon 400 bin TL art\u0131 KDV aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen bedellerle ihale edildi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Son ihaleyle birlikte uygulama bazl\u0131 taksi sistemi kapsam\u0131nda ihale edilen toplam plaka say\u0131s\u0131 706\u2019ya ula\u015ft\u0131. Plakalar\u0131n kullan\u0131m hakk\u0131n\u0131n 29 y\u0131lla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Uygulama bazl\u0131 taksi sistemi kapsam\u0131nda ara\u00e7lar, \u0130BB taraf\u0131ndan lisansland\u0131r\u0131lan uygulamalar \u00fczerinden \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131labiliyor. Yolcular, uygulama \u00fczerinden ara\u00e7 ve \u015fof\u00f6r bilgileri ile g\u00fczerg\u00e2h detaylar\u0131na eri\u015febiliyor. Sistemle yolculuklar\u0131n takip edilebilirli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, hizmet standartlar\u0131n\u0131n denetlenmesi ve k\u0131sa mesafe yolcu almama ile fazla \u00fccret talebi gibi sorunlar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130BB, uygulama bazl\u0131 sistemin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131yla taksilerin yolcu aramak amac\u0131yla bo\u015f dola\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve kent trafi\u011finde daha verimli bir ula\u015f\u0131m yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.
