Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u015firketin 3 milyar TL olan kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde 35 milyon 100 bin 498,42 TL tutar\u0131ndaki mevcut \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayesi, 102 milyon 884 bin 114,63 TL bedelli (nakit) art\u0131\u015fla 137 milyon 984 bin 613,05 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 6. maddesinin tadiline ili\u015fkin onay ba\u015fvurusu 31 A\u011fustos 2026 tarihinde yap\u0131l\u0131rken, SPK onay\u0131 12 Ekim 2026 tarihinde verildi.<\/p>\n
