Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 12 Ekim 2026 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda al\u0131nan karar do\u011frultusunda, 2 milyon 450 bin TL’lik sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 2 milyon 377 bin 478,48 TL’lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7 kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131lanacak.<\/p>\n

Art\u0131r\u0131lan sermayenin kalan 72 bin 521,52 TL’lik k\u0131sm\u0131 ise Alfa Solar Enerji taraf\u0131ndan nakden kar\u015f\u0131lanacak.<\/p>\n

Sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Alfa Solar Enerji’nin Aydost Enerji \u00dcretimi A.\u015e’deki y\u00fczde 100 oran\u0131ndaki ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 devam edecek.<\/p>\n
