Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Hayri \u00d6gelman Madencilik’in 9 Ekim 2026 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, 15 milyar TL kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye tavan\u0131 i\u00e7inde bulunan 1 milyar TL tutar\u0131ndaki \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sermayenin 250 milyon TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 1 milyar 250 milyon TL’ye y\u00fckseltilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Halka arz kapsam\u0131nda, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yoluyla 250 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli pay\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra CVK Maden \u0130\u015fletmeleri’ne ait 100 milyon TL ve H\u00fcseyin \u00c7evik’e ait 25 milyon TL nominal de\u011ferli pay\u0131n ortak sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoluyla yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara sunulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece halka arz edilecek paylar\u0131n toplam nominal de\u011feri 375 milyon TL olacak.<\/p>\n
Halka arz s\u00fcrecinde yetkili arac\u0131 kurum olarak Vak\u0131f Yat\u0131r\u0131m Menkul De\u011ferler A.\u015e belirlendi. \u015eirket ile halka arza arac\u0131l\u0131k yetki s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi 9 Ekim 2026 tarihinde imzaland\u0131.<\/p>\n
A\u00e7\u0131klamada, Hayri \u00d6gelman Madencilik’in kay\u0131tl\u0131 sermaye sistemine ge\u00e7i\u015fi ve esas s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fi\u015fikliklerine ili\u015fkin izinlerin daha \u00f6nce al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fcncel esas s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin 7 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihli ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131ld\u0131. Halka arz s\u00fcrecindeki \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelerin kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131lmaya devam edilece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
