Ankara Ticaret \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, C\u0130MER ba\u015fvurusu \u00fczerine \u00c7ankaya\u2019da faaliyet g\u00f6steren Kanat\u00e7\u0131 restoran\u0131nda fiyat etiketi denetimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n

Denetimde, i\u015fletmenin kap\u0131 giri\u015finde bulunan fiyat listesi ile masalarda yer alan QR kodlu fiyat listesi kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130nceleme sonucunda 34 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n iki listede farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirlendi. Ayr\u0131ca QR kodlu men\u00fcde cac\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn fiyat\u0131n\u0131n 250 TL olarak g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi tespit edildi.<\/p>\n

Fiyat Etiketi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin 9\u2019uncu maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k nedeniyle i\u015fletmeye 135 bin 82 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, t\u00fcketicilerin ekonomik \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve fiyat \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla denetimlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n
