G\u00f6kta\u015f, y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin Resmi Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek d\u00fczenlemenin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n dijital platformlardaki g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamaya y\u00f6nelik h\u00fck\u00fcmler i\u00e7erdi\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n
D\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re sosyal a\u011f sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar, 15 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7ocuklara hizmet sunamayacak. Sosyal medya platformlar\u0131nda kimlik bilgileri payla\u015f\u0131lmadan e-Devlet \u00fczerinden ya\u015f do\u011frulamas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu olacak. Mevcut hesaplar da ya\u015f do\u011frulamas\u0131ndan ge\u00e7irilecek ve bu i\u015flemlerin 31 Mart 2027\u2019ye kadar en az bir kez yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekecek.<\/p>\n
15-18 ya\u015f grubundaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hesaplar\u0131 gizli olacak. Bu hesaplarda takip\u00e7i ve takip bilgileri g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenemeyecek, canl\u0131 yay\u0131n yap\u0131lamayacak ve ekran g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik teknik tedbirler uygulanacak.<\/p>\n
D\u00fczenleme kapsam\u0131nda platformlar\u0131n, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n platformda ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi s\u00fcreyi art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik tasar\u0131mlar\u0131na s\u0131n\u0131rlama getirilmesi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re hesaplar\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesinin \u00f6nlenmesi ve ki\u015fisel verilerin profilleme ile ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ticari reklam faaliyetlerinde kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n
Sosyal medya platformlar\u0131 ayr\u0131ca zararl\u0131 i\u00e7eriklere kar\u015f\u0131 filtreleme ve koruyucu \u00f6neri sistemleri uygulamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olacak. Ebeveynler ise \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n hesap ayarlar\u0131n\u0131, \u00fccretli i\u015flemlerini, ekran s\u00fcrelerini ve konum payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edebilecek.<\/p>\n
G\u00f6kta\u015f, d\u00fczenlemenin aileler ve \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi.<\/p>\n
