Toplam 21 bin metrekarelik alan\u0131 kapsayan projenin 11 bin metrekarelik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ye\u015fil alan, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 ve ortak kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131na ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Projenin ilk etab\u0131nda y\u0131k\u0131lan 86 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn yerine 81 daire ve bir d\u00fckkan in\u015fa edilirken, ikinci etapta y\u0131k\u0131lan 196 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn yerine 148 daire ve 6 d\u00fckkan yap\u0131lacak. \u0130lk etapta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanma a\u015famas\u0131na geldi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
