Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 8 Ekim 2026 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u015flemlerde paylar 4,95 TL ile 5,09 TL fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, ortalama 5,005 TL fiyattan geri al\u0131nd\u0131. Mevcut geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu GEDIK paylar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 9 milyon 780 bin 787 adede, sermayeye oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 0,4890’a ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Daha \u00f6nceki y\u00f6netim kurulu kararlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen geri al\u0131mlarla birlikte \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu GEDIK paylar\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131 84 milyon 162 bin 725,386 adede y\u00fckseldi. Bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 4,2081 oldu.<\/p>\n
