\u0130srail ordusundan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Samiriye Askeri Mahkemesi, Abu Bakr\u2019\u0131 kas\u0131tl\u0131 olarak \u00f6l\u00fcme neden olmak ve adli s\u00fcreci engellemek su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan mahkum etti. Mahkeme, san\u0131\u011fa m\u00fcebbet hapis ve 4 milyon \u015fekelden fazla tazminat cezas\u0131 verdi.<\/p>\n

Abu Bakr\u2019\u0131n bu s\u0131rada bir binan\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131ndan 9 ila 11 kilogram a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yar\u0131m tu\u011flay\u0131 \u0130srail askerlerinin \u00fczerine att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tu\u011flan\u0131n Amit Ben Yigal\u2019e isabet ederek \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden oldu\u011fu aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
