Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, \u0130ngiltere ve Galler mahkemeleri nezdinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen s\u00fcre\u00e7 kapsam\u0131nda mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan 6 Ekim 2026 tarihinde a\u00e7\u0131klanan gerek\u00e7eli kararla, Koza Ltd’nin tasfiyesi talebiyle yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvuruda \u015firket lehine \u00f6zet karar verildi ve tasfiye talebi kabul edildi.<\/p>\n

Tasfiye s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin nihai hukuki ve usuli i\u015flemlerin hen\u00fcz tamamlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilirken, mahkemenin tasfiye talebinin kabul\u00fcne ili\u015fkin gerek\u00e7eli karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan tasfiyeye ili\u015fkin esas karar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenen duru\u015fmada vermesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu duru\u015fmada ayr\u0131ca Koza Ltd’ye resmi tasfiye memuru atanmas\u0131 dahil tasfiye karar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin hususlar ile Hamdi Ak\u0131n \u0130pek taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131labilecek istinaf izni ba\u015fvurusunun de\u011ferlendirilmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n
