Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 6 Ekim 2026 tarihinde 5,00 TL ile 5,10 TL fiyat aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, ortalama 5,072 TL fiyattan 984 bin 659 adet GEDIK pay\u0131 geri al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130\u015flemle birlikte geri al\u0131m program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u015firketin sahip oldu\u011fu GEDIK paylar\u0131 7 milyon 481 bin 217 adede ula\u015f\u0131rken, s\u00f6z konusu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 0,3741 oldu.<\/p>\n

\u015eirketin 6 Aral\u0131k 2018, 4 \u015eubat 2022, 26 May\u0131s 2022, 31 Ocak 2024 ve 31 Ocak 2025 tarihli y\u00f6netim kurulu kararlar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda geri al\u0131nan paylarla birlikte toplam GEDIK pay\u0131 81 milyon 863 bin 155,386 adede ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu paylar\u0131n \u015firket sermayesine oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 4,0932 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n
