Farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerden \u015fefler ve gastronomi profesyonellerinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkinlikte Irgat B\u00f6re\u011fi ile \u00c7orum y\u00f6resel \u00fcz\u00fcm asmalar\u0131 ve Osmanc\u0131k pirinci kullan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanan zeytinya\u011fl\u0131 sarma yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Etkinlikte yemeklerin haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kullan\u0131lan malzemeler, geleneksel haz\u0131rlama y\u00f6ntemleri ve yemeklerin \u00c7orum mutfa\u011f\u0131ndaki yeri hakk\u0131nda bilgiler aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
G\u00fcn\u00fcn ikinci etkinli\u011fi ise Miramar Saray\u0131\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen \u00f6zel davet kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u00c7orum\u2019a ayr\u0131lan tad\u0131m stand\u0131nda leblebi unu ile haz\u0131rlanan pankek, Karg\u0131 tulum peyniri ve pekmez, \u00c7atalkara \u00fcz\u00fcm yapra\u011f\u0131, Osmanc\u0131k pirinci ve Alaca mor so\u011fan\u0131yla haz\u0131rlanan zeytinya\u011fl\u0131 sarma, \u0130skilip sirkesi ile Osmanc\u0131k ve \u0130skilip yaylalar\u0131ndan elde edilen y\u00f6resel ballar konuklara sunuldu.<\/p>\n
