Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na g\u00f6re, 28 \u015f\u00fcphelinin tamam\u0131 1 Ekim 2026\u2019da g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. \u015e\u00fcpheliler, Ba\u015fsavc\u0131l\u0131kta mevcutlu olarak haz\u0131r edildi. Bunlardan 17\u2019si tutuklama, 11\u2019i ise adli kontrol tedbiri uygulanmas\u0131 talebiyle Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fine sevk edildi.<\/p>\n

Sulh Ceza Hakimli\u011fince, Mithat B\u00fclent \u00d6zmen\u2019in de aralar\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu 13 \u015f\u00fcphelinin tutuklanmas\u0131na, 15 \u015f\u00fcpheli hakk\u0131nda ise adli kontrol h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin uygulanmas\u0131na karar verildi. \u00d6zmen hakk\u0131nda \u201ckamu kurum veya kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ihalesine fesat kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak\u201d, \u201cr\u00fc\u015fvet almak\u201d ve \u201csu\u00e7 i\u015flemek amac\u0131yla kurulan \u00f6rg\u00fcte \u00fcye olma\u201d su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan tutuklama karar\u0131 verildi.<\/p>\n
