Projenin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi kapsam\u0131nda ilk somut a\u015famaya gelindi\u011fi ve 5 Ekim 2026 itibar\u0131yla Gebze Belediyesinden istinat duvar\u0131 yap\u0131 ruhsat\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n

Projenin yap\u0131 m\u00fcteahhitli\u011fini, \u015firketin y\u00fczde 100 ba\u011fl\u0131 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 G\u00fcndemir \u0130n\u015faat Taahh\u00fct Yap\u0131 Malzemeleri Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd. \u015eti. \u00fcstlenecek. Ruhsat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u015fantiye kurulumu, temel atma faaliyetleri ve gerekli saha ile altyap\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirildi.<\/p>\n
