Tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131mda esas al\u0131nacak pay fiyat\u0131n\u0131n, 25 Haziran 2026 tarihli toptan sat\u0131\u015f i\u015fleminde OYAK a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erli sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 olan 3,39 TL ile Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e’nin Toptan Al\u0131\u015f Sat\u0131\u015f \u0130\u015flemlerine \u0130li\u015fkin Prosed\u00fcr\u00fc uyar\u0131nca belirlenecek baz fiyat\u0131n y\u00fcksek olan\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmayacak \u015fekilde belirlenmesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n
\u0130hra\u00e7 belgesinin, \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e’ye yap\u0131lacak ba\u015fvuru sonras\u0131nda belirlenecek pay sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erecek \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenerek SPK’ye iletilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Bu kapsamda, pay sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi amac\u0131yla OYAK Yat\u0131r\u0131m Menkul De\u011ferler A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e’ye ba\u015fvuruldu. Borsa \u0130stanbul A.\u015e taraf\u0131ndan \u015firkete iletilen yaz\u0131da, ilgili prosed\u00fcr kapsam\u0131nda baz sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 2,18 TL olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n
Buna g\u00f6re, OYAK a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erli sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 olan 3,39 TL esas al\u0131narak 2 milyar 380 milyon TL sat\u0131\u015f has\u0131lat\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 702 milyon 64 bin 896,755 TL nominal tutarl\u0131 pay ihrac\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu kapsamda d\u00fczenlenen ihra\u00e7 belgesinin onaylanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 5 Ekim 2026 tarihinde SPK’ye ba\u015fvuruldu.<\/p>\n
Tahsisli sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u015fleminin tamamlanmas\u0131yla OYAK’\u0131n \u015firketteki oy hakk\u0131 oran\u0131n\u0131n yeniden y\u00fczde 50’nin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Y\u00f6netim kurulunun, SPK’n\u0131n II-26.1 say\u0131l\u0131 Pay Al\u0131m Teklifi Tebli\u011fi’nin 14. maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (c) bendi kapsam\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda, pay al\u0131m teklifi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn do\u011fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n
