Bu kapsamda, 1 Temmuz 2025-30 Haziran 2026 \u00f6zel hesap d\u00f6nemine ait da\u011f\u0131t\u0131labilir kar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmayarak, genel kanuni yedek ak\u00e7e ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra kalan tutar\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131l karlar\u0131 hesab\u0131na aktar\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, s\u00f6z konusu \u00f6zel hesap d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin ola\u011fan genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda pay sahiplerinin onay\u0131na sunulmak \u00fczere teklif edilmesine oy birli\u011fiyle karar verildi.<\/p>\n
