Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, WMG London Developments L.P’nin portf\u00f6y\u00fcndeki tek varl\u0131k olan OXR Limited hisselerinin tamam\u0131, t\u00fcm hak, bor\u00e7 ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleriyle birlikte Temmuz 2025 itibar\u0131yla sat\u0131larak devredildi.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu sat\u0131\u015f ve devir i\u015flemi sonucunda WMG London Developments L.P’nin kurulu\u015f ve faaliyet amac\u0131n\u0131n sona ermesi nedeniyle ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n tasfiyesine karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Tasfiye s\u00fcrecinin, ortakl\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen usul ve esaslar do\u011frultusunda General Partner WMG Aldgate Limited taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Aki\u015f GYO’nun ise limited partner s\u0131fat\u0131yla tasfiyeye onay verdi\u011fi ve s\u00fcre\u00e7 kapsam\u0131nda gerekli belgelerin imzalanmas\u0131na karar verdi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n
