\u00c7orum Belediyesi, \u0130spanya\u2019n\u0131n San Sebastian kentinde 5-7 Ekim 2026 tarihlerinde d\u00fczenlenen 28. San Sebastian Gastronomika\u2019da \u00c7orum Gastronomisi stand\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131.<\/p>\n
Gastronomi profesyonelleri, \u015fefler, akademisyenler, \u00fcreticiler ve turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc temsilcilerini bir araya getiren organizasyonda yakla\u015f\u0131k 150 stant yer al\u0131yor. \u00c7orum, 2026 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fclke d\u00fczeyinde G\u00fcrcistan\u2019\u0131n da kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 organizasyona \u015fehir \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde kat\u0131lan tek il olarak yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
\u00c7orum Gastronomisi stand\u0131nda, b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc co\u011frafi i\u015faretli 40\u2019tan fazla \u00fcr\u00fcn ziyaret\u00e7ilere sunuluyor. \u00c7orum\u2019un mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra el dokumas\u0131 hal\u0131lar, \u0130skilip ipek kuma\u015flar\u0131 ve Hitit fig\u00fcrleri de stantta sergileniyor.<\/p>\n
Organizasyon s\u00fcresince \u00c7orum\u2019un y\u00f6resel lezzetleri, etkinlik alan\u0131nda tahsis edilen mutfakta \u015fefler taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanarak ziyaret\u00e7ilere sunuluyor. \u00c7orum mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerinin tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Miramar Saray\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6zel bir davet ve Muka Salonu\u2019nda \u00f6zel sunumlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
\u00c7orum\u2019un y\u00f6resel lezzetlerinden \u0131rgat b\u00f6re\u011finin haz\u0131rlan\u0131\u015f\u0131 da Gastronomika alan\u0131nda uygulamal\u0131 olarak g\u00f6steriliyor. Ziyaret\u00e7ilere b\u00f6re\u011fin yap\u0131m a\u015famalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi veriliyor.<\/p>\n
Gastronomika\u2019da \u00c7orum\u2019u Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Halil \u0130brahim A\u015fg\u0131n, Hitit \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Ali Osman \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, \u00c7orum Esnaf Odalar\u0131 Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep G\u00fcr ve \u00c7orum Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131 Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi \u00d6mer Alt\u0131karde\u015f\u2019in de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 heyet temsil ediyor.<\/p>\n
\u00c7orum Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Halil \u0130brahim A\u015fg\u0131n, kentin gastronomi alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmesinde, \u201c\u00c7orum\u2019un gastronomisini, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve zengin mutfak miras\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fcnyaya anlat\u0131yoruz\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n
