Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, 18 Eyl\u00fcl 2026 tarihinde duyurulan ve ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta 2 milyar TL olarak belirlenen pay al\u0131m plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen al\u0131mlar\u0131n toplam tutar\u0131 2 Ekim 2026 itibar\u0131yla 2 milyar 340 milyon 387 bin 386 TL’ye ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen al\u0131mlar sonucunda Efor Holding’in Efor Yat\u0131r\u0131m sermayesindeki pay\u0131 y\u00fczde 6,58’den y\u00fczde 13,26’ya y\u00fckseldi. Efor Holding’in sahip oldu\u011fu pay say\u0131s\u0131 ise 288 milyon 747 bin 342 adet oldu.<\/p>\n

Efor Holding, pay al\u0131mlar\u0131na devam etme karar\u0131 al\u0131rken, plan kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen azami tutar\u0131 bug\u00fcne kadar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen al\u0131mlar dahil 5 milyar TL’ye y\u00fckseltti. Al\u0131mlar\u0131n piyasa ko\u015fullar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n

Pay oran\u0131nda II-15.1 say\u0131l\u0131 \u00d6zel Durumlar Tebli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda e\u015fik a\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi halinde gerekli a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ve al\u0131mlara ili\u015fkin geli\u015fmelerin kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
