Program\u0131n ilk g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u201cKBRN Risk Y\u00f6netimi, Kurumsal Yap\u0131lanma ve Koordinasyon\u201d, \u201cSanayi B\u00f6lgelerinde Kimyasal ve End\u00fcstriyel Afet Riskleri\u201d ile \u201cT\u0131bbi KBRN Y\u00f6netimi, Dekontaminasyon ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcdahalesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 seminer d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n
Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc Atat\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Sanat Merkezi\u2019ndeki programda KBRN risklerine haz\u0131rl\u0131k, m\u00fcdahale s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve kurumlar aras\u0131 koordinasyon konular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n
Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Cihan \u015eehla, program\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada afet y\u00f6netiminde afet \u00f6ncesi haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n
\u015eehla, \u201cAfet y\u00f6netiminde as\u0131l ba\u015far\u0131, afet ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftikten sonra ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z kadar, afet ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeden \u00f6nce ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc\u2019nde 10 mahallede Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcdahale \u0130stasyonu bulundu\u011funu ve belediyenin NEFES Arama Kurtarma Ekibi\u2019nin AFAD akreditasyonuna sahip oldu\u011funu belirten \u015eehla, afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n farkl\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirdi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n
\u015eehla, deprem, sel ve yang\u0131n gibi afetlerin sanayi tesislerinde kimyasal s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131, yang\u0131n veya patlama gibi ikincil risklere yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fini belirterek, \u201cBir afet, ba\u015fka bir afeti tetikleyebilir; bir risk, ba\u015fka risklerle birle\u015ferek \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ve karma\u015f\u0131k bir krize d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Program\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde KBRN saha tatbikat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Tatbikatta UMKE, \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi \u0130tfaiyesi ve Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc Belediyesi NEFES Arama Kurtarma Ekibi, olas\u0131 bir kimyasal olaya m\u00fcdahale senaryosunu uygulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
