Japonya Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi Ajans\u0131 (JICA) ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje kapsam\u0131nda Bursa\u2019n\u0131n teknik, fiziksel ve sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan zay\u0131f noktalar\u0131n\u0131n bilimsel olarak belirlendi\u011fini aktaran Biba, bu tespitlerin uygulanabilir, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir eylemlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin hedeflendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
Biba, beyannamenin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131nda belediyenin g\u00f6rev, yetki ve sorumluluklar\u0131 ile mali imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, afet \u00f6ncesinde risk azaltmaya y\u00f6nelik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6nemine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n
13 Ekim\u2019de kamuoyuna a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 planlanan beyannamenin son \u015feklinin verilmesi amac\u0131yla d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131da, oda temsilcileri ve B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi y\u00f6neticileri g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6nerilerini payla\u015ft\u0131.
