Kamuyu Ayd\u0131nlatma Platformuna (KAP) yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, APZ G\u0131da’n\u0131n 1 Ekim 2026 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, 200 milyon TL olan \u00f6denmi\u015f sermayesinin 150 milyon TL art\u0131r\u0131larak 350 milyon TL’ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n

Bayd\u00f6ner, sermaye art\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na sahip oldu\u011fu y\u00fczde 100 oran\u0131ndaki paylara isabet eden 150 milyon TL tutar\u0131ndaki sermayeyle kat\u0131lmay\u0131 ve s\u00f6z konusu tutar\u0131 APZ G\u0131da’dan olan alacaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 taahh\u00fct etti.<\/p>\n
